I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can My New Arch Orthotics help me?

During the break-in period, minor muscle aches or discomforts can occur; however, should you encounter prolonged discomfort, cease using your My New Arches and reach out to us for a potential adjustment. Our staff physician is available to address any inquiries you might have.

Are My New Arches for children, too?

Yes.  It is very important for children to have the proper positioning, support and the strengthening of their feet that My New Arch provides.  In fact, building a strong foundation for children will maintain healthy feet for life.

 How can I figure out what My New Arch that I will need?

My New Arch Orthotics are fit to your arch and first metatarsal joint.  We can do this fitting for you in person or via Zoom call.

Does insurance My New Arches?

My New Arch Ortho does have a physician on staff should you need documentation or assistance when you file your insurance.  My New Arch Orthopedics are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA.  

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase My New Arch Support Inserts?

You can use your HSA or FSA to buy My New Arch Orthotics. They are eligible for reimbursement with both as they provide support for the arch of your foot to alleviate pain. 

Our staff physicians will be able to examine and diagnose the condition of your foot properly. If your insurance company does cover medically necessary orthotic devices, we will make sure that you have all of the documentation needed for reimbursement.
